The Abia State representative on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief (Dr.) Eruba Dimgba, has felicitated with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Chief Samuel Ogbuku, on his birthday.

In a goodwill message, Dr. Dimgba described the NDDC boss as “a leader worth celebrating,” noting that his vision, resilience, and commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region remain exemplary.

He further appreciated God for granting Chief Ogbuku another year of life, praying for renewed strength, wisdom, and good health to enable him continue his service to the people of the region and Nigeria at large.

Dr. Dimgba also urged stakeholders and well-wishers to join in celebrating the NDDC MD, stressing that Chief Ogbuku’s leadership has brought renewed hope to communities across the Niger Delta.
